Our Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners  address Medication Therapy Management (MTM) in a compassionate, comprehensive and integrative manner utilizing a collaborative and coordinated approach. Emphasis is placed on the delivery of rational drug therapy, a comprehensive review of herbal products and supplements patient is on, appropriate cost avoidance, decreased medical risk associated with medication therapy and promotion of health and wellness.
